We never ask for your PIN
Your PIN only goes into the EcoCash prompt on your own phone. We’ll never ask for it by call, WhatsApp or anywhere else.
Refunds
Ask within 24 hours of buying and we’ll refund your Pass to the same EcoCash number.
Money left, nothing unlocked
It’s fixed automatically within 1 hour, or your money comes back. If not, message us with your EcoCash reference.
